Frequently asked questions

Are your translations certified?

Every official translation is delivered with a certification of accuracy: the statement "Translation certified true to the original", the translator's signature and seal, the date, and a verification code. This format is widely accepted by government offices and universities, particularly in the United States. Some authorities however require a locally sworn or accredited translator: check your recipient's requirements, and we will gladly advise.

What document formats do you accept?

PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), images (JPG, PNG), and readable photos of documents. If your document is in another format, contact us.

What is your turnaround time?

Generally 48 to 72 hours for short documents (1 to 3 pages). The exact deadline is confirmed with the price before work begins.

How much does a translation cost?

The standard rate is 10 USD or 6000 FCFA per page, all inclusive: translation, human review, formatting, and certified PDF. The page count and total are confirmed before starting.

How do I pay?

Payment instructions are sent with the price confirmation. We accept payments in USD and FCFA.

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Your documents are stored on private, encrypted infrastructure, accessible only to the translator. They are never published, never shared, and can be deleted on request.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

Professional tools may assist with the first draft, but no document is delivered without review, correction, and approval by a human translator. Final quality is always validated by a bilingual specialist.

Do you translate in both directions?

Yes: from French to English and from English to French.

What if I need a correction after delivery?

Minor corrections (a typo, a proper name, a date) are free. Simply report them by email and a corrected version will be delivered quickly.
